10.1 Color Touch LCD Screen

On the large LCD screen, you will see a display of icons. From this user-friendly screen, you have complete control of every aspect of your project and settings on your machine with the touch of a wireless stylus. Choose or change stitches, edit embroidery designs and placements, adjust thread colors, and more with slide scrolling menus and pinch in out zooming.

One-Touch Buttons

Convenient one-touch buttons make choosing your settings on the Solaris Vision effortless. The seven operational controls allow you to start stop sewing, reverse stitch, reinforcement stitch, position the needle up down, automatically cut the thread, raise lower the presser foot, automatically thread the needle, and adjust sewing speeds.

10-5 8 x 16 & 10-5 8 x 10-5 8 Hoop Sizes

Embroider with the 10-5 8 x 16 (272mm x 408mm) hoop, which is Baby Lock s largest hoop yet! It allows stitching out your biggest embroidery designs with fewer rehooping adjustments. The 10-5 8 x 10-5 8 (272mm x 272mm) hoop size is excellent for quilt blocks. With Solaris Vision s large embroidery area, you won t be confined to what designs you can create! A stitch capacity of up to 750,000 stitches per design, 1050 stitches per minute, 127 color changes, and 1MB of storage built into the machine.

Wi-Fi Enabled

The Solaris Vision is Wi-Fi enabled for optional download of updated files, apps, and design transfer with Database Transfer or Palette 11 (optional purchase). You can easily send your designs from your computer to the machine using Design Database Transfer. Also, when the WLAN connection is enabled, you can receive notifications when new updates are available for your Babylock Solaris Vision.

IQ Designer™ & IQ Intuition™

Be your own designer and construct unique custom embroidery with the IQ™ Designer feature. Jump right in and draw directly on the touchscreen, scan in your favorite artwork, upload an existing file through a USB drive, or wirelessly send artwork to your machine from your smartphone using the IQ Intuition Positioning App. Your art will be instantly converted to embroidery for one-of-a-kind designs that match and complement your fabric.

IQ Visionary™ Projector – Precise Embroidery Placement

See your designs come to life in full color when you engage the IQ Visionary™ Projector with the Solaris Vision! Project your designs directly onto your fabric in full size as you adjust the color palette to your liking. Choose from 3 projection backdrops (black, grey, or white) to see the design clearly on your fabric. Drag, drop, rotate, and revise sizing from 200% larger to 60% smaller than the original design. The needle drop laser will appear as a point or a “T” mark for foolproof, accurate placement.

IQ Visionary – Perfect Sewing Placement

The Solaris Vision uses a variety of guideline markers and grids to achieve perfect placement. In sewing mode, switch between three different laser colors (red, green, and white) for the best visibility based on fabric choice. With the laser, you can easily stitch single, double, or grid lines and angles when piecing. Make adjustments to your starting points, extra-wide stitches, and more.

End Point Setting

Execute perfect stitches thanks to the built-in camera and end-point sewing stickers. Simply place the stickers where you need your stitch to end, activate the end-point sewing feature, and let the Solaris Vision do the work!

Enhanced Quilt Borders
