Love of Knowledge

Love of Knowledge gives you access to over 2000+ video classes and shorts taught by dozens of Baby Lock experts covering more than 300 products. Everything you could want to know about your serger, embroidery machine, sewing machine, or long-arm is covered in these classes; learn about software, maintenance, accessories, projects, and more. You can download a free PDF of the course catalog here so you can get an idea of all the topics the classes cover. Also, anytime Baby Lock adds a new video, it will automatically be in your account, ready to view. To use your Love of Knowlege Membership, you will have to sign up login to the SewEd website.

Service Program

Enjoy bumper-to-bumper coverage with the Service Program. Your machine already has a factory warranty, but the service program takes it a step further and includes maintenance like bobbin cases, threaders, and other small parts that wear out with regular use. Take your machine to your local certified Baby Lock tech for repairs, maintenance, and support. Best of all, repairs, parts, and labor charges are all covered with the Love of Sewing membership. *Some exclusions apply.
