One-touch Buttons

Equipped with five quick access buttons, the 2030DC allows you to switch tasks smoothly and effortlessly. You will find the following options along the front of the machine: needle up down, lock stitch, start stop, speed control slider, and reverse stitch. 15 Needle Positions

Place your needle at the precise starting point of your design when sewing decorative stitches, applique, or free-motion quilting with the 15 different needle positions. All these options allow for more detail in decorative stitches and incredible fine adjustments in all stitch creations. You can drop the needle in the perfect spot! And with the 7mm stitch width, this sort of bold detail can be easily appreciated.

Needle Threader

The built-in needle threader easily threads your needle without eyestrain and allows you to start sewing quickly. Pass the thread through the thread guide, pull the threader down, return the lever to its original position, pull the thread through your needle, and you are ready to go.

Built-in Storage

Located inside the bed of the machine is a convenient storage compartment! You can keep presser feet, seam rippers, thread, and tools in this storage area. It makes it easier to carry your notions with you to classes and guild meetings with all the extra space!

Drop Feed

The 2030DC-G has a built-in lever that, when pressed, automatically lowers the feed dogs so you can quickly switch to free-motion quilting.

Presser Foot Lift

DROP-IN BOBBIN

Snap-on Presser Feet

Easily switch between presser feet using the included snap-on presser foot adapter. Press the lever to release the presser foot, then to install another one, line it up just underneath the foot holder and lower the presser bar until the foot clicks into place. You are ready to sew as soon as the foot clicks into place, so no more messing with a small presser foot screw when going from one foot to another.

LED Lighting

LED lighting provides brighter and shadow-free illumination compared to conventional lighting. Power-saving and eco-friendly LED bulbs are a more innovative solution. These bulbs don t release much heat and last substantially longer than traditional sewing machine bulbs.

25-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Janome America, Inc. will ensure your machine s performance for 25 years from when the machine is purchased. Coverage is limited to repair or necessary replacement of parts caused by defects in quality and materials. Faults in electrical components will be for five years. One year of free labor by an Authorized Janome Retailer is included, usually by the dealership where you purchased your machine.
